The Rush Titanio is powered by the 1000cc inline 4-cylinder engine, derived from the Brutale 1000 platform. This high-performance engine represents the pinnacle of MV Agusta’s hyper naked development and is shared across the top-tier models of the range.
The 998cc inline 4-cylinder engine has been updated to comply with Euro5+ standards, delivering a maximum power of 206 HP at 14,000 rpm and 116 Nm of torque at 11,000 rpm with the dedicated kit. Handcrafted in Varese, it features 16 radial titanium valves, forged titanium connecting rods, and DLC-coated cams. The updated engine is more responsive at lower revs, ensuring smoother performance with minimal vibration.
The main upgrades done on the engine level covers: the introduction of new camshafts to enhance performance and responsiveness, a torque-assist clutch for smoother and more controlled power delivery, and revised gearbox ratios optimized for improved acceleration and rideability. A brand-new full exhaust system has been developed to maximize flow and sound, complemented by a dedicated engine map.

SMART EC 3
NEW HARDWARE - The MV Agusta Rush Titanio introduces the latest Öhlins Smart EC 3 semi-active suspension, featuring a fully updated front fork and rear shock absorber equipped with Öhlins' Spool Valve technology — a significant step forward from the previous needle valve architecture. The spool valve delivers up to 7x faster actuator response, enabling near-instantaneous damping adjustments and a wider range between maximum comfort and full performance.
NEW SOFTWARE - The Smart EC 3 runs an entirely new generation of Event Based Control algorithms, continuously analysing bike and rider behaviour in real time. Road and track modes are now merged into a single adaptive algorithm, integrating more deeply with ABS, Traction Control and Wheelie Control. Rider weight adaptation with automatic preload recommendation personalises the setup from the first ride, while refined event detection for braking, cornering and acceleration delivers precise responses at every stage.
On the Rush Titanio, all suspension settings are dynamically linked to the selected Ride Mode — for a fully coherent experience, from touring to track.

TITANIUM COMPONENTS
All titanium parts feature a brushed finish — a deliberate choice that allows the material to speak for itself, surface and substance in perfect alignment. The components now manufactured in titanium for the first time include the Arrow Titanium Slip-on with "MV Agusta" logo in titanium finish, the exhaust carrier, the fuel tank front cover featuring the "Titanio" logo and atom-inspired element, the dashboard carriers, the headlight carrier, and the titanium screws for all titanium components and the mudguard.
CARBON FIBRE
Every carbon component on the Rush Titanio now features a refined twill weave finish, replacing the previous plain pattern for a richer, more dynamic surface texture.
The full carbon package covers the chain guard and swingarm cover, engine covers on both gearbox and clutch sides, front mudguard supports, front tank cover, fuel tank and central side panels, subframe cover, instrument cluster wiring cover, underseat panels — now featuring a new design with Italian flag detailing and "Motorcycle Art" lettering — belly fairing rear panel, rear mudguard, a redesigned rear wheel rim cover, a newly shaped pillion seat cover, and the Arrow slip-on heat shield cover.

The Rush Titanio elevates every detail through a carefully curated suite of anodized aluminium components, each machined and finished to reinforce the bike's limited-edition identity.
The rear wheel nut and fuel tank cap bring a premium tactile quality to the points of most frequent rider contact, while the swingarm pivot point indicator adds a refined technical accent to the chassis. Lever protectors and rear light cover are finished in a dedicated colour that ties the aluminium elements into a coherent visual language across the bike. The numbered plate — unique to each of the 300 units produced — and the headlight cover complete a package where no surface has been left unconsidered, turning functional components into signatures of exclusivity.
AN INDUSTRY FIRST
The Rush Titanio features the world's first motorcycle seat entirely crafted in Alcantara combining two cutting-edge manufacturing technologies in a single piece: thermo welding and laser engraving. A level of refinement never achieved before on a production motorcycle.
The upholstery is lined with Alcantara EXO membrane, making the foam padding fully water-repellent, ensuring the seat performs as beautifully in the rain as it looks in the sun. Colors and materials have been defined through a close collaboration between the MV Agusta Centro Stile and Alcantara Milano, resulting in a finish that is as exclusive as it is functionality.
